TSUYAHIME
Comparing with Koshihikari, the king of rice, it contains more glutamine acid and asparagine acid which are elements of savoriness. Tsuya means Shine, and Hime means Princess. Since it is shiny when cooked and had taken 10 years to grow with a great care just like a princess, it was named Tsuyahime.
This product is imported from Japan, polished in Malaysia just before delivery.
